The Chapel

Our chapel is modern, air-conditioned, spacious and purpose built, with stained glass windows that depict scenes of Wellington’s magnificent hills and harbour. It has a seating capacity of 140 and room for at least that many more standing at the rear, from where the service can clearly be seen and heard. Because of its clever design, the chapel can comfortably be used for smaller services. It is the most beautiful funeral home in Wellington!

Reception Lounge

At this stressful time, families often prefer to have the refreshments at the same venue as the funeral. Our building was designed to include a light and airy reception lounge. For a reasonable cost, we can arrange for caterers to provide and serve light refreshments. This takes the pressure off families and allows you to share this special time with the people who have come to support you.

Other Facilities

Our viewing and arrangement rooms are designed to ensure your privacy and comfort while you are using our premises. It is the most beautiful funeral home in Wellington. We are equally happy to see you in your own home if you prefer.

Karori

For our Karori families, we offer as an alternative to Adelaide Road, an arrangement and viewing room at 142 Karori Road.

Hearses

As well as offering a modern fleet of vehicles as part of our service provision for client families, we also have a 1936 Packard Hearse called "Dotty" which was restored in 1996.
